I build 0→1 products, AI agents, PM tools, developer tools

01 / About

01 / Prodily

Build.

I built Prodily from the ground up: the problem, the 90 lessons, the learning experience, and the code.

02 / RallyVerse

Talk to users.

Research with grassroots organizers showed they already took UPI and checked screenshots by hand, so I built screenshot verification.

03 / Prodily v2

Ship.

When a learner called the UI boring, I shipped v2 with Core and optional Deep-dive lessons and a built-in feedback loop.

I learn best by building, talking to users, and shipping. I take ambiguous problems, ground them in customer evidence, and turn them into products people use.

I work where product, technology, and AI meet. At Better, I’m on the product team for Operate, an enterprise AI platform for production operations.

Operate

Better’s product

Enterprise AI platform for production operations: investigates alerts, surfaces hidden performance and cost risks, and provides evidence-backed root cause explanations.

My part · User discovery with engineering and DevOps teams, shaping features, and collaborating closely with engineering.

I work with a small team of developers. These are sites and products we built, and each one names the developer who led the build.

03 / How I work

How I work: principles I ship by

  1. 01. Start with the problem

I write down who is stuck and why before I pick a solution.

ProofProdily began as a sequencing problem: free PM content has no order and bootcamps cost too much.

  2. 02. Talk to users

Interviews and support threads beat my assumptions.

ProofRallyVerse was shaped by direct research with grassroots organizers.

  3. 03. Ship to learn

A live product teaches more than a perfect spec.

ProofWhen a Prodily learner called the UI boring, I shipped v2: lessons split into Core and optional Deep-dive, achievements, and a built-in feedback loop.

  4. 04. AI where it earns its place

I add AI when it removes real work, and keep the parts that need trust deterministic and inspectable.

ProofFeatureSmith computes every finding deterministically; an LLM only explains them in plain language and the tool runs fully with AI off.
