Where organizers lose their time

Grassroots tournaments in Bengaluru run on spreadsheets and WhatsApp. When I talked to organizers and academies, the same jobs kept coming up:

• Checking UPI payment screenshots one message at a time.
• Building category lists for each event by hand in a spreadsheet.
• Running check-in from a paper list on a busy event morning.

None of it is hard. All of it takes hours that organizers would rather spend on the event itself.

Meeting organizers where they get paid

The obvious fix was a payment gateway. The research said otherwise: organizers already took UPI and were used to checking screenshots. So RallyVerse keeps UPI and QR payment, lets players upload their screenshot at registration, and gives organizers a review queue to approve or reject each one.

Around that sit per-event pages with categories and time slots, an organizer dashboard with search, filters, and CSV export, registration and approval emails, event-day check-in with live attendance, and analytics on page views and conversion.

Pricing per event

Organizers think in events, not months, so pricing does too. There are three tiers: Free at ₹0, Event Partner at ₹2,499 per event, and Growth Partner at ₹5,999 per event. System emails are unlimited on every tier; broadcasts are metered by credits, so cost tracks the value an organizer gets.

Where it stands

RallyVerse has hosted 3+ events with 12+ partner organizations and a community of 500+ members in Bengaluru. Badminton came first.
